These Terms & Conditions govern use of the CoachOpsPro website, free resources, emails, and digital products. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product.
1. Educational purpose and responsible expectations
CoachOpsPro provides educational information and practical business systems for coaches. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice. No client, revenue, business, or income result is guaranteed.
Results depend on execution, offer clarity, market fit, consistency, and follow-through.
2. Product description, checkout, and delivery
The product page and selected checkout identify the current price, included files, and delivery method. The Playbook + Bonus package may be processed through Whop or Gumroad. A separate Kindle edition may be sold through its retailer and should not be assumed to include the same files or bonus unless its listing expressly says so. Each provider applies its own payment, tax, checkout, buyer-support, refund, and dispute terms.
3. Personal-use licence
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, one purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for personal or internal business use. You may customize worksheets for your own business, but you may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense, share access, remove ownership notices, or represent CoachOpsPro materials as your own.
4. Website and email use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. Email resources may be discontinued for abuse, invalid addresses, or repeated delivery failure.
5. Intellectual property
CoachOpsPro branding, original website copy, PDFs, playbooks, templates, diagrams, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, books, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to payment platforms, retailers, software providers, books, partners, and other third parties. CoachOpsPro does not control their availability, security, content, pricing, or policies. Review the third party’s terms before using it.
7. Availability, corrections, and changes
CoachOpsPro may correct errors, update content, replace files, suspend features, or discontinue content when reasonably necessary. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the revision date above.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The website and educational materials are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. CoachOpsPro does not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
